Global loyalty solutions group Snipp Interactive has appointed Mark Spicer as Director, Loyalty Solutions. Based in London, Spicer will report to Adam Doran, Managing Director for Snipp Interactive UK.
As a key member of the global loyalty solutions group, Spicer will connect, consult and collaborate with prospects and clients to understand their business goals and objectives to create loyalty solutions to drive performance, engagement and ultimately revenues. His primary focus will be on the UK and Ireland markets.
With 20 years’ global experience in the loyalty sector, he was most recently based in Saudi Arabia working for National Air Services (NAS) and flynas with a remit to create their new frequent flyer program. Starting from scratch, the program was designed, created and launched within six months. Before NAS, he was based in Mumbai, India, where he was responsible for the ICLP Indian operations and managing three frequent flyer programs and a number of other clients. He also spent time working for Aimia in the Middle East where he managed the leading telecom loyalty programme for Mobily in Saudi Arabia.
Spicer has experience in the loyalty, performance improvement and incentive industry across all sectors gained from working at Maritz, Grass Roots and Skybridge Group. With particular experience in the telecoms, financial services and airline sectors, Mark has been successful in delivering a number of varied programmes for clients including product development pre-paid plastic card products.
