From their Red Tractor assured farms in East Anglia, Gressingham rear the unique Gressingham Duck, renowned for its superior taste and texture. Their products are available in retailers and restaurants across the UK. The range includes fresh and prepared duck products from fresh duck to crispy duck pancakes and their brand new ‘Bistro’ range which is positioned as the perfect end-of-the-week treat. Aside from duck products, Gressingham has expanded into the Game category and sell products such as Wild Boar Burgers and Venison Steaks
With a brief to increase brand awareness and engagement through digital channels, their first task is to create a new website for Gressingham and help them enhance their online presence, whilst also creating a heart for their expanding product portfolio and ranges. The website will provide customers ‘duckspiration’ by championing over 200 different recipes, through three overarching themes; occasions, flavour, and product. We want to help consumers feel confident about cooking with duck and show how easy it is to do.
Our wider brief includes creating campaigns to encourage consumers to dine in with duck, as we believe every occasion is a moment for duck!
The website is due to launch in August, with further campaign activities to follow.
