For the second year running, the Roald Dahl Story Company has joined forces with London’s iconic Natural History Museum. The free to download party pack from www.roalddahl.com/partypack2019 is also being distributed to every primary school in the UK, thanks to TEACH PRIMARY magazine. MATILDA takes centre stage and the pack includes invitation templates, dress-up tips, a myriad of craft activities (including a paper newt to terrify the Trunchbull), stickers, posters PLUS an exclusive competition to win tickets to the RSC’s MATILDA THE MUSICAL.
Sponsor of the titchy toddler Roald DAHL DAY PACK FOR PRE-SCHOOLS will join in on the fun with THE ENORMOUS CROCODILE. YPO is also the official sponsor of Roald Dahl lesson plans, including brand new MATILDA lessons for the new term – a helping hand for all the Miss Honeys!
After a summer of MATILDA inspired treats, consumers can get their hands on the latest limited editions which are brand new for September 2019 – Formula 86 Vanilla Fancies and Grand High Witch’s Chocolate and Vanilla Slices.
Supporting their collaboration on JAMES AND THE GIANT PEACH, Forestry England take on 13 acts of bravery in the forests nationwide! Kids and parents can go on an adventure in their local forest and take on the challenges – from close up creepy crawlies to growing something great at home!

Sarah Read, Partnerships Manager for the Roald Dahl Story Company, says, “It’s wonderful to be heading into Roald Dahl Day 2019 with such a strong and diverse roster of partnership activity. We’ve loved working with our top-drawer partners on bespoke product, promotions and experiences and it’s great to be continuing our long-term relationships as well as bringing new partners on board.
As we move beyond Roald Dahl Day, our key title focus shifts from MATILDA to THE WITCHES – ahead of the major new WB movie for autumn 2020, and we’re excited to start working up some fantastic opportunities in connection with that. Please do get in touch with us if you would be interested in working with us in 2020.”
