<p>The agency will deliver a full press office service, influencer-led activations, creative collaborations and major brand PR activations this autumn and throughout 2021.</p>
<p>The six-figure account was awarded to the agency after a three-stage competitive pitch process run by Alex Young at AAR.</p>
<p>The restaurant franchise brand sells sandwiches, salads and wraps through 2500 restaurants across the UK.</p>
<p>The food-on-the-go brand has recently overhauled its menu with the announcement that you can now order the ingredients of any sub turned into either a salad or wrap instead.</p>
<p>The brand has ambitious plans for 2021 including the expansion of their vegan menu. Next year Subway celebrates the 25th anniversary of its arrival in the UK. The first store opened in Brighton in 1995.</p>
<p>Taylor Herring will activate a national and regional PR programme designed to drive footfall and a brand PR campaign that will focus on its key Gen-Z audience.</p>
<p>Taylor Herring has a proven track record in the food and drink industry having delivered award-winning work for the likes of Greggs, Just Eat and Coca Cola.</p>

<p>This activation is the launch of a fully integrated campaign going live internationally throughout Q1. The campaign will include digital, press, social, content, CRM, sponsorship events, and activation.</p>

<p>Outstanding winners are Momentum Czech Republic with a total of 6 awards – 3 for Raffaello against Loneliness, 2 for How Czechs started buying quality food each and 1 for Packaging does sell and Guns or Knives from Ireland with a total of 7 awards – 4 for A Song for the City and 3 for Click &amp; Gone.</p>
<p>The Grand Prix for an exceptional work was presented to <a href="https://gunsorknives.ie/intro/"><span style="color: #0000ff;">Guns or Knives</span></a> for their campaign A Song for the City for Samsung Ireland. Their amazing idea to transform the Samuel Beckett Bridge into a playable instrument – not only via the Note8’s interface, but also through an actual electric harp created a huge awareness for the new Galaxy Note8.</p>

<p>IMCC Chairman, Ondrej Gottwald, said, “I am glad to say that this year’s quality of entries was extremely high! Beside the commercial campaigns, I’ve been always a proponent of campaigns with a positive social impact and to see these campaigns being recognised and rewarded by industry professionals is very satisfying. I would like to thank the jury for the excellent and professional voluntary work from them.”</p>
<p>According to IMC European Awards Chair, Renate Vogt, “All cases entered in the competition were of high quality and very well-presented, so the judges had a tough job to come to the final decisions. All nominated cases are fine examples for the industry and our business.”</p>
<p>The winning agencies were selected after two rounds of judging in a European competition of the best campaigns selected at the national level across Europe. The first-round selection was made by a jury panel made up of 40 leading industry professionals across Europe. The second-round jury, comprised of IMCC Council member representatives, took place in Brussels on 27 September. <p>The winners were announced at the glittering CIPR East Anglia PRide ceremony which was held at The Guildhall, Cambridge on Thursday 15<sup>th</sup> November 2018.</p>
<p>Pier, which celebrated its tenth anniversary this year, has a diverse and evolving client list, ranging from the food and drink sector to renewables and energy. The team is key to the company’s success, with their highly-skilled expertise delivering PR, social media management, events, experiential and promotional marketing campaigns.</p>
<p>Kate Bowden Smith, managing director at Pier, said: “It has been a fantastic year for the team, and winning these awards is a great way to round it off.
