<p>Sarson’s has been hard at work creating a fresh brand identity that launched in the spring of 2023, and with this, they’ve enlisted the help of <strong><a href="https://www.weareactivation.com/"><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">Activation</span></a></strong> yet again for a fresh new website.</p>



<p>The new website design reflects the new style for Sarson with a bold, contemporary, and sleek designs. Activation has also taken a reductive approach to content and wording, which simplifies the overall experience, whilst also bringing freshness and clarity to the design. They’ve used interactive animation, interesting build loads, and a new colour-blocking design scheme to increase engagement levels across the site.</p>



<p>The agency has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Sarson’s, so it’s been a joy for them to watch the brand develop and once again collaborate closely with the Sarson’s team on the project.</p>

Sales and social engagement soared.</p>



<p>Showing up wasn’t enough, they needed to inspire the demographic. So they created a new look and feel to the brand, starting with the tagline: ‘The taste of togetherness’. Setting up a one-day shoot to create a range of visual collateral to use across social medias, an on-pack collar, digital advertisements and the website.</p>



<p>Transforming their Instagram and Facebook pages to create a more collected and consistent approach. With a deeper emphasis on togetherness, they focused on beautiful-looking food pairings, cocktail recipes and the dinner party setting with family and friends enjoying drinks and laughter.</p>

<p>The Scottish biscuit producer has undergone a significant brand refresh and launched a trio of NPD in a bid to become the UK’s number one accessible premium biscuit. Haygarth has been tasked with crafting a compelling nationwide campaign to bring new brand positioning ‘making moments matter’ to life.</p>



<p>The above-the-line campaign will activate in press, out of home, digital and social through May and June, and Border Biscuits is investing £5m marketing spend in the rebrand.</p>

<p>Border Biscuits was founded in 1984 in Lanark, Scotland, and is Scotland’s number one premium biscuit brand. It has launched NPD Dark Chocolate Orange biscuits and Dark Chocolate Orange bars, with more to follow later in the year.</p>

<p>The brand has enhanced and redesigned its entire portfolio packaging, including the iconic Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka bottle. The packaging redesign can be seen across all Smirnoff Vodka variants, including Smirnoff Raspberry Vodka, Smirnoff 100 Proof Vodka, Smirnoff Espresso Vodka and Smirnoff Small Batch Black Vodka.</p>
<p>The new Smirnoff bottle will bring a refreshed energy to busy vodka shelves. First-look consumer research found the new design outperformed the previous bottle on measures such as shelf stand-out, quality perception and preference vs competitors. The new look draws on inspiration from previous bottles in a contemporary way, with bold visuals and the return of the iconic Smirnoff shield – featuring prominently across all new packaging. The Diageo Drinks Report for 2019 reveals a growing trend for consumers seeking intriguing brand stories and this is demonstrated by an emphasis on the brand’s history, with Smirnoff’s Recipe No.21 and ‘<em>continuing traditions since 1864</em>’ brought to the forefront of the label.</p>
<p><strong>Oliver Clements, Brand Manager at SMIRNOFF Europe, said: </strong>“We are proud to introduce a new packaging design for the brand, striking a balance between classic and contemporary. The redesign heroes the extraordinary heritage that the brand is famous for, with the reintroduction of the Smirnoff shield and the new label highlighting the traditions behind the world’s number one vodka<b>.</b>”</p>
<p>The new bottle is currently rolling out worldwide across Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka and all other flavour variants, with fractional sizes due for release in September.</p>
