The House of Peroni 2019 will take on its most stylish guise to date, launching on 27th February until 9th March, just after London Fashion Week.</p>
<p>The House of Peroni is a fully immersive experience that will transport guests into an effortlessly stylish world, with a space in the heart of London’s most loved West End locations, Covent Garden. The experience will feature eight distinctive spaces, inspired by the work of the eight emerging fashion designers supported by Peroni Nastro Azzurro.</p>
<p>The spaces will include, Sicily, featuring lighting representative of the Sicilian sky, animated with shafts of light that creates an ever-shifting pool of movement. Visitors entering the Nature and Maximalism room will be met with botanical scents, and a wall of flowers made from unnatural materials, illustrating nature’s ability to overcome man’s destructive powers. Encapturing a more visionary approach, the Future and Sci Fi area will be enveloped with city-like sounds, transporting guests through time, into a futuristic zone.</p>
<p>Visitors to The House of Peroni will be invited to sip on a selection of cocktails, created by Manchester-based bartender Sam Taylor, from Science and Industry. Sam, who was scouted from a nationwide search for the best up and coming bartending talent, will be mentored by Peroni Nastro Azzurro’s world-renowned Master of Mixology, Simone Caporale. Together, they’ll present the drinks experience, a distinctive line up of Peroni infused cocktails. Inspired by the Italian aperitivo occasion, the serves will include exclusive Peroni Nastro Azzurro cocktails, individually inspired by each of the eight designers.</p>
<p>Celebrating Peroni Nastro Azzurro’s Italian heritage, delicious Italian food from partners Pasta e Basta will also be served at the new hub, providing guests with an exciting destination to eat, drink and discover. The House of Peroni will also be serving Peroni Libera 0.0%, a product which will bring style to the world of alcohol-free drinking.</p>
<p>The House of Peroni is a culmination of the outstanding fashion programme from the last year, following a nationwide search for the best fashion creatives of the future saw hundreds of budding designers apply to enter the &#8216;Home of Emerging Talent&#8217; programme created by The House of Peroni. The successful final eight were handpicked by The House of Peroni’s established Creative Council of industry experts, made up of the fashion maverick, Jonathan Saunders, Editor-in-Chief of Dazed &amp; Confused, Isabella Burley, brand consultant and The Sunday Times‘ former Fashion Features Editor, Pandora Sykes, Editor of AnOther Magazine, Alexander Fury and co-curator at the British Fashion Council, Anna Orsini.</p>
<p>The selected eight designers, received a seven-month residency in The House of Peroni fully-equipped studio space, providing the talent with; invaluable mentorship through talks and workshops from the established industry figures; prestigious media exposure and; most importantly, state of the art space they need to develop their own labels, culminating in a highly coveted presentation of their collections following London Fashion Week. <p>A far-reaching social media campaign will support the in-outlet activity, raising awareness of the special cocktails and encouraging consumers to seek out WKD’s over-sized festive baubles. The digital support will also include opportunities for consumers to win seasonal giveaways, such as WKD bobble-hats and Christmas Bauble pitchers.</p>
<p>“High-energy or celebratory occasions with friends are what RTDs are all about,” explains Amanda Grabham, Head of Brand Marketing – Alcohol at SHS Drinks, owner of WKD.  “Our impactful Christmas pitchers will not only bring festive fun to outlets but will also help licensees maximise seasonal opportunities by encouraging consumers to trade-up to multi-serve cocktails.  The activity will both support WKD stockists and engage WKD consumers.</p>
<p>“The best way to build festive sales is to ensure that customers have a great time.  People want to have fun at Christmas, so outlets need to gear-up to deliver memorable nights out; with our Cocktail Baubles, seasonal POS and a huge awareness-raising social media campaign, WKD has things all wrapped up,” Grabham concludes.</p>

<p>Running from today (July 11th) to July 15th, the pop-up bar (which first appeared in Summer 2017) will also feature music, snacks and Aperol fussball and table tennis, as well as visual cues referencing Italian culture, such as chairs made out of scooter seats.</p>
<p>Consumers do not need to book in advance: the brand says they can turn up, order a free Aperol Spritz (one per customer) and enjoy what it calls “contagious Italian fun”, in celebration of Italy’s aperitivo culture. Aperol claims the ‘Aperitivo Hours’ in Italy are a ritual built around a natural casual get together at the end of the day, over a drink or two which have for years begun with an Aperol Spritz, Italy’s most popular cocktail.</p>
<p>Aperol has just published research which found that over half (56%) of Brits think they have lost all spontaneity, and a fifth of Londoners (22%) haven’t been for a spontaneous drink with a friend in over five months.</p>
<p>The Southbank activation aims to encourage Londoners to embrace a more easy-going Italian approach to socialising. It is open from 5.00pm-9.00pm Wednesday to Saturday and 12.00pm to 4.00pm Sunday.</p>
<p>The Aperol Spritz Sundial Social is a follow up to the recent The Aperol Big Spritz Social, which popped up for eight days near Hoxton Square in June. <a href="https://www.aperolspritzsocials.com/">Other Aperol Spritz events are planned over the summer.</a></p>
<p>Aperol is a classic Italian bitter aperitif which is usually mixed with Prosecco and a splash of soda in a wine glass full of ice and a slice of orange. The brand is owned by <a href="http://www.camparigroup.com/en">Campari Group</a>, which is a major player in the global spirits industry, with a portfolio of over 50 premium and super premium brands.</p>

<p>Bacardí rum is teaming up with Rum Kitchen to bring a taste of Miami to London with tropical cocktails and a beach chic atmosphere. Inspired by the bistros of the continent, Grey Goose vodka and Duck &amp; Waffle will invite vodka lovers and Francophiles to enjoy café culture with extraordinary cocktails. Bombay Sapphire gin and Cahoots will take visitors on a journey to discover the tastes and cultures of the world through their special creations.</p>
<p>Bartenders will have the opportunity to attend daytime inspirational seminars hosted by BBFB Brand Ambassadors Metinee ‘May’ Kongsrivilai (Bacardí), Myles Donneky (Grey Goose) and Renaud de Bosredon (Bombay Sapphire).</p>
<p>To extend the London Cocktail Week experience beyond Spitalfields Market, BBFB will also be offering London Cocktail Week wristband wearers specially-created cocktails made from brands within the portfolio such as Bacardí, Grey Goose, Woodford Reserve, Chambord and Jack Daniel’s. London Cocktail Week wristbands give visitors access to £5 cocktails on the stands, as well as at a series of partner bars such as LCC Bethnal Green, Joyeux Bordel, Sager and Wilde and more. BBFB will also be bringing the party spirit to London Cocktail Week with St Germain, Bombay Sapphire and Bacardí all hosting parties.</p>
