Plenty sponsors BBC MasterChef LIVE
Building on last year’s activity, the sponsorship supports the launch of a TV advertising campaign featuring new brand icon Juan Sheet and is being supported by a multi-platform below-the-line national PR campaign and an online competition.
Plenty are giving consumers the chance to win a pair of tickets to MasterChef LIVE, London, dinner for two at MasterChef presenter John Torode’s restaurant Smiths of Smithfields in London and up to £100 travel costs by entering online at www.plenty.co.uk/Competition.aspx
The Invention Test offers the public a chance to take part in MasterChef’s iconic culinary test and will see 30 contestants challenged to create a tempting dish in just 30 minutes. The best three dishes from each session will then go forward to be judged by the formidable duo, John Torode and Gregg Wallace.
As well as being at headline sponsor at the London show, the sponsorship deal will also see Plenty being a product sponsor at the BBC Good Food Shows in both Scotland (October22 -24) and Birmingham (November 24-28).
Plenty’s brand manager Joanne Mathers says: “After the impressive results we experienced as a sponsor in 2009, we’re really excited to once again be on board as the headline sponsor of The Invention Test at MasterChef LIVE.”
