Cadbury Creme Egg Goo Games

Cadbury has kicked off Creme Egg Season with a multi million pound integrated marketing campaign linking to the chocolate company’s London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games sponsorship.

The Goo Games campaign takes the viewer through the Goo Games, launching with a 30-second TV ad showing the opening ceremony. Another five TV ads will feature Egg-thletes competing in Hurdles, Diving, Hammer, Javelin and Velodrome, all trying to release their Goo in the best way possible.

The TV ads will end in style with a closing ceremony at the beginning of April 2012.

In addition to the TV ads, there will be online activity (including social media), PR, events and promotions.

On the brand’s dedicated Facebook page, Creme Egg fans will be able to battle it out against each other by taking part in their own Goo Games. Prizes will be on offer each week.
