Pizza Hut Delivery and 20th Century Fox have announced a joint promotion, brokered by Lime Communications, ahead of the release of the summer blockbuster movie ‘The A-Team’.
The promotion will include a range of limited edition ‘A-Team’ pizzas, and will be supported by a radio campaign giving fans the chance to win tickets to the film’s UK premiere.
Pizza Hut Delivery will introduce a range of four limited edition pizzas, named after the four famous war veterans; ‘The B.A Meat Machine Pizza’, ‘The Howling Mad Veggie Pizza’, ‘The Hannibal Hot Pizza’ and ‘The Cheesy Faceman Pizza’.
Available until 19th September 2010, they will be delivered in boxes with bespoke ‘A-Team’ artwork, developed by Linney Design, and featuring the ‘Hungry for Action’ tagline.
The online marketing campaign, developed by Blue Barracuda, features online display advertising, directing users to the microsite, www.hungryforaction.co.uk, where visitors can play an exciting A-Team Game, and enter a draw to win prizes including an A-Team Action holiday, A-Team Action Day or one of ten mobile phones.

We’re sure that this campaign will help us reach our core demographic, and A-Team fans are going to love our limited edition pizzas.”
The radio campaign will run across Kiss 100, Total Kiss and Galaxy, and will be backed by digital display advertising on selected sites including Facebook. At a local level the campaign will be promoted through in-store marketing, direct mail, value cards and leaflets distributed throughout stores across the country.
