IDL Technology Group has launched a new system that allows retailers to run a card programme without changing their point-of-sale hardware.
The company, formerly known as Instant Discounts Ltd, has introduced Loyalty Gift Card Anywhere Solution after 11 years of supplying electronic customer retention and payment terminal solutions.
Chief executive Neeta Dhorajiwala said: “With the launch of the Loyalty Gift Card Anywhere Solution, we are striving to make loyalty and gift card programmes accessible to all retailers.”
