P&MM to carry out major incentives survey

A survey asking staff of organisations across Britain what motivates and inspires them to perform better at work is being conducted by incentive and motivation agency P&MM.

The survey will cover incentives ranging from gift vouchers to long haul incentive travel to investigate what employees think and what really inspires them to perform at peak levels. Results are due to be published in September.

More than 6000 employees working for organisations nationwide are being asked a wide range of questions that will provide a new insight into their views, particularly regarding incentive events.
