P&MM, a subsidiary of Motivcom plc, has acquired Allsave Limited and My Family Care Vouchers Limited which are companies that specialise in providing tax efficient childcare vouchers to UK companies.

The Directors of Allsave Limited and My Family Care Vouchers Limited, Jacquie Mills and Catherine Maddox, will continue to manage the businesses which will remain as separate brands within the employee benefits division of P&MM Limited.

Commenting on the acquisition, David Lebond, executive director for Motivcom plc and P&MM divisional director responsible for the Company’s Sales Promotions and Employee Benefits division, says: “The combination of Allsave, My Family Care Vouchers and P&MM Employee Benefits, with its Childcare Plus vouchers, will strengthen our position among the market leaders in the sector.

"In addition it supports our Group strategy to invest in certain high potential product areas and allows us to deliver the combined experience and infrastructure to our childcare voucher brands.”
