Mike Spicer (pictured) has left his role as chairman of the marketing division of Media Square to become group managing director of EHS Brann.
Matt Atkinson remains as chief executive of EHS Brann but also takes on the role of global chief executive of sister agency Euro RSCG 4D.
Spicer, the former managing director of Arc Worldwide, joined Media Square in November last year after its marketing division, which includes Wax Communications, was restructured.
He subsequently brought in Arc’s marketing director, Matthew Tabb, to take on the role of managing director of Wax after the departure of Sam Jordan and Roger Marriott.
