Live & Breathe boosts Leeds office with new hires

Live & Breathe has boosted its Leeds office with two senior appointments: Carla Murphy joins as strategy and planning director and Alison Noblet as account director.

Live & Breathe London welcomes James Barnham as senior account manager. Richard Lowe also joins as senior designer as the agency grows its creative team.

Murphy joins from Savvy Marketing, where she held a senior management position responsible for business development strategy and planning. Murphy previously spent five years working as group managing director for the Lowd&Klea Group, a brand and design agency, where she led a new sector of focus for the company: FMCG. Her remit at Live & Breathe is to build the planning function and further strengthen the agency’s strategic thinking and brand insight.

Noblet leaves behind a nine-year career at Asda, where she worked in a range of roles including regional marketing manager, where she was directly responsible for the tactical marketing of more than 60 stores. She will head up a retail account team at Live & Breathe that includes clients as diverse as Morrisons and Zizzi.

James Barnham joins from GyroHSR where he worked on clients including Fujitsu and Adobe. Previously he held roles at Archibald Ingall Stretton and started his career at McCann Erickson. Richard Lowe too worked as part of the creative team at GyroHSR. Prior to that he spent four years at M&C Saatchi.

Adrian Watts, chairman of Live & Breathe says: “The Leeds office is going from strength to strength and we feel proud and privileged to have such a wonderful body of clients who commit to us day in, day out; this commitment makes these new appointments possible and both Carla and Alison will make a huge contribution to our future growth and development.”

“We’re also pleased to welcome James and Richard. James comes with superb integrated skills, covering everything from sponsorship, events, social media, CRM and traditional above the line advertising through to our core discipline of retail marketing. Richard has great credentials built within the creative departments of some of the UK’s best regarded agencies.”
