INITIALS restructures board

INITIALS Marketing, the independent creative communications agency, has restructured its board and made a number of promotions as part of its growth strategy for 2012.

The restructure sees Jamie Matthews (pictured), previously managing director at the agency, step up to the role of chief executive officer. Richard Barrett, previously client partner, becomes managing director while James Willoughby, associate director at the agency, is now client services director, heading up activation. Chris Wareham is director and head of INITIALS Experience.

Craig Lawrie, formerly head of digital, has been promoted to the management board as director and head of INITIALS Digital while Lucy Savage is also promoted to the board as director heading up the Sainsbury’s business.

Nick Presley continues as executive creative director, whilst Alistair Hooper officially takes on the role of as finance director after two years within the business.
