Billington Cartmell has recruited data and CRM specialist Ian McNamara to lead the Group’s data planning, analytics, CRM and hosted database offering.

McNamara takes on the new group role of data director and will use his insight and CRM experience to boost Billington Cartmell’s data capabilities.

He joins from ACE Insurance where he has spent almost two years as head of analytics EMEA. He previously had senior insight and CRM roles in both client and supplier organisations including NatWest, Equifax, Lloyds TSB and Orange.
