UK-based integrated advertising agency DCH has rebranded as Doner and restructured its management.

The name change reflects the increasingly close working partnership between DCH and Doner, DCH’s American parent company, which is one of the world’s largest independent advertising networks, with billings in excess of $1.7 billion. The two companies are increasingly pooling their expertise.

Nik Margolis, who has been with DCH for three years, becomes managing partner. Margolis will work closely with colleagues in the US on brands including Perkins Restaurants and Choice Hotels.

Andrew Hawkins continues to head up the agency as managing director, with Nick Scott as creative director. Business development director Matt McMinn, who has been at the agency for four years, joins the leadership team.

Both the UK and the US offices already have a close working relationship on a number of clients, including the shared Fiat Group/Chrysler, and US brands looking to enter the UK or increase their visibility here, such as Avery Dennison, DuPont (Teflon) and Gojo (Purell). The closer relationship has also seen Doner in the UK send eCRM experts to the US to support American clients.

Doner in the UK has just launched a £10 million campaign in the UK for Chrysler. Other UK clients include Alfa Romeo, Nikon and Fuller’s.
