SVM offer new rewards to call centre employees

SVM will be exhibiting at Call Centre Expo in September, helping retailers to develop their own gift card schemes and demonstrating how to motivate employees.

SVM list ToysRUs, House of Fraser, Peacocks and B&Q among the retailers they offer, and work with the organisation to manage their reward programme.

In addition to the single retailer cards, SVM have developed a new reward system called Preference which gives the employer a choice of what to reward their staff with.

The new scheme gives the employer a choice on providing a voucher, gift card, mobile phone voucher, or an e-voucher, which is available even at the last minute, and the “white label” reward allows companies to offer own-brand rewards to employees and customers.

Becky Hampson, SVM Europe, says: “With Preference the choice is the recipient’s so the reward is much more powerful, and as the reward can be branded to the individual company, it makes a great tool for employee and customer incentive schemes as well as sales promotions.”

Preference is available online at SVM to select a gift card from over 35 leading retailers, and can be purchased by any call centre.
