Space to promote SW England

Fri 18th Dec 2009
Integrated marketing agency Space has just been appointed to devise and implement an integrated marketing campaign to boost tourism in South West England.

The six figure campaign is planned for spring and summer 2010, and will be funded by South West of England Regional Development Agency, South West Tourism, and many of the local tourist boards in the South West.

Space won the business after a four-way pitch. The agency has already been working on promoting the region for the last three years.

Space’s campaign will be themed around the core idea of people having experiences within relevant settings, the new campaign is set to involve a series of mini campaigns themed around five of these experiences: green, country breaks, families, town/city breaks and gourmet, which will be used to promote the participating areas and the wider South West region.
