Sparkling mineral water brand Perrier is being positioned as an alternative soft drink or mixer in some of London’s most exclusive nightspots this summer.

The Nestlé-owned brand has hired experiential specialist BEcause to launch a series of cocktail evenings. The first events will be staged at Whisky Mist in Mayfair and Movida in Soho on 29th and 30th of July.

Inside each club, BEcause will create dedicated Perrier ‘bubbles’ where guests can drink a range of bespoke Perrier cocktails created especially for the evenings. Using a fog wall, the zones will be marked using ‘floating’ Perrier logos and bubble graphics. Interactive table tops in each area will feature Perrier graphics designed to follow cocktail glasses as they move around the table.

BEcause Brand Ambassadors dressed in Perrier-green dresses will be on hand to talk to guests about their cocktail preferences and recommend a suitable Perrier-based alternative. The cocktails will then be prepared by a professional mixologist and served to guests at the table.

BEcause will be rolling out a Perrier green carpet outside each venue, while inside the nightclubs will be filled with Perrier bottle-shaped bushes and tables filled with miniature Perrier bottles and cocktail menus.

A second wave of activity runs in August in London-based bars and clubs.
