Vodafone VIP brought Formula 1 to Manchester city centre over the bank holiday.

Jenson Button and his Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team staged a celebration of the sport, with Button driving his Vodafone McLaren Mercedes F1 car through the streets of Manchester.

From Friday to Monday, Vodafone customers and up to three of their friends were given the chance to access the Vodafone VIP Fan Zone in Albert Square, complete with Go-Kart track, a sit-in Vodafone McLaren Mercedes car, an F1 simulator and an exhibition of race suits and helmets.

The Vodafone VIP experience was activated by experiential marketing agency Ignite.
