To support the exclusive partnership between grocery retailer giant Asda and New Zealand’s largest premium beer brand, Steinglager Classic, Rugby World Cup Champion players Jerome Kaino and Keven Mealamu from the All Blacks, will appear at a London store today, Thursday 24th November2011 from 4pm.

The champion players will visit the Asda Park Royal store to meet and have photos taken with fans, promote the overall Steinlager brand and giveaway great official merchandise.

Activated by integrated marketing agency Savvy Marketing, as part of a wider campaign to drive the sales of the New Zealand premium beer brand, which is now available across Asda stores nationwide.

Dewi Williams, BWS category planning manager, explains: “This is a great way to celebrate our partnership with Steinlager; we’re expecting massive crowds of visitors all eager to meet the Rugby World Cup heroes. The New Zealand premium beer brand has already proved extremely popular with our customers.”

The players will appear at Asda Park Royal (Asda Park Royal, 2-20 Western Rd, Park Royal – London, NW10 7LW), between 4pm and 5.30pm on Thursday 24th November 2011.
