Monarch launches new direct mail campaign

Monarch has briefed their appointed direct response and relationship marketing agency, wdmp to create a direct campaign to boost awareness of Monarch’s range of flights, holidays and hotels in time for late Easter and early summer bookings.

Targeted at existing Monarch customers, the campaign will be rolled out in two phases in April starting with a direct mailer followed by a personalised email to further encourage those that have not booked following the DM.

Using in-depth data, wdmp ensures each DM piece is tailored, relevant and highly targeted to the recipient based on previous booking behaviour. The mailers feature the last holiday the customer booked through Monarch plus a series of suggested holidays and flights based on the customers likely preferences.
