Bounty.com Launches Free Organiser Tool for Mums

Tue 30th Mar 2010
Parenting club Bounty has created a free online organiser to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

Users of the new Bounty Organiser can drop in their baby’s due date or child’s date of birth and the organiser will automatically populate with need-to-know dates, for example, when to hand important forms to their employer, when maternity leave starts and when to apply for free prescriptions and dental treatment.

Email reminders for important dates can be set and to save typing, users simply drag and drop icons from a menu of everyday events like immunisations and swimming lessons to family days out. Key events are also automatically linked to printable checklists. For example, as baby’s due date gets near, the organiser will flag a checklist for ‘What to pack in your hospital bag’.

The launch is complemented by a highly targeted email campaign reaching nearly one million Bounty members and will utilise Bounty’s offline media channels including Bounty sample packs and guides to drive new mums to the website.

Faye Mingo, marketing director at Bounty, says: “Our members are constantly telling us how hectic their lives are and rather than muddling on with multi-tasking and managing sleep deprivation into come kind of organised chaos, the new Bounty Organiser allow us to help organise mums and make family life easier.”
